Data We Process
Server Log Files
When you visit our website, our web hosting provider (IONOS SE) automatically records standard server log data. This is a technically necessary process and occurs on every website visit. The data recorded includes:
- IP address of the requesting device (anonymised after processing)
- Date and time of the request
- URL of the page requested
- HTTP status code and data volume transferred

- Operating system
- Referring URL (the page you came from)
This data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in maintaining the security, stability and performance of our website. Log files are retained for a maximum of 7 days and are then automatically deleted. They are not used to identify individual users and are not combined with other data sources.

This website does not set any cookies — neither essential cookies, analytics cookies, nor marketing cookies. No consent banner is therefore required.
No Analytics or Tracking
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or any other third-party tracking or analytics service on this website.
No Contact Form Data
This website does not currently operate a contact form that stores personal data. If you contact us by email at hello@22w-agency.com, we will process your name and email address solely to respond to your enquiry. This is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business communications). Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose, and no longer than 3 years unless a contractual relationship arises.
Third-Party Service Providers
Web Hosting — IONOS SE
Our website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes server log data as described above as part of providing hosting infrastructure. IONOS acts as a data processor on our behalf pursuant to a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. IONOS is certified under EU data protection standards.
Google Fonts
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When a page loads, your browser makes a request to Google’s servers to retrieve the font files. This request transmits your IP address to Google. We use Google Fonts on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in presenting a visually consistent website).
International Data Transfers
Our primary data processing takes place within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where data is transferred to countries outside the EEA (for example via Google’s infrastructure), such transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Article 46 GDPR, or other appropriate safeguards.
